Responsible for general warehouse maintenance and other housekeeping duties as required by Supervisor. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Read over and understand project plans and specifications with supervisors and service team members. Follow and implement company safety requirements. Attend weekly job site safety meetings with team. Helps to perform project layout and ordering of materials, safety gear and equipment. Possesses knowledge of material, tools, and equipment needed to perform their job. Follow all on-site plans and procedures. Carries out quality control procedures and requirements. Helps manage equipment and material deliveries to site. Works to achieve project objectives. Promote the company safety culture and safety awareness throughout the company, projects, or office. Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization. Qualifications Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. Ability to work independently with little to no supervision. Ability to understand and implement best practice standards. Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems. Ability to deliver quality through attention to detail. Ability to contribute to and maintain a positive work environment. Education High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Experience 6+ months or more of related work experience required. Other technical experience such as military, public service, on the job training programs, etc. may meet this requirement as determined by local management. Physical Demands and Working Environment Significant lifting (75+ lbs), carrying, pushing, and/or pulling. Significant climbing and balancing. Significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling. Standard warehouse/project site environment that may include machinery, parts and chemicals. May require protective gear. This position will be required to use a ladder and work at tall heights (i.e. roof top, access ladders, scissor-lift, scaffolding).
