Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role located in Chicago, IL. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards for food quality and service. Responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen team, handling customer inquiries and complaints, supervising training programs, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to the efficient running of the restaurant. Qualifications Leadership and Management: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, oversee staff scheduling, and lead by example in high-pressure environments. Customer Service and Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to build rapport with guests and address inquiries or challenges effectively. Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with restaurant operations, compliance with health and safety regulations, and effective inventory control. Training and Development: Experience in training staff to provide exceptional service and maintain operational standards. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant management is highly desirable. A passion for providing outstanding dining experiences and an enthusiasm for Mediterranean and Japanese-inspired cuisine.
