Service Manager – Construction & Material Processing Equipment (Dealer) Waco, Texas Immediate Start Kane Selection Ltd represents a rapidly growing dealer specialising in material processing and environmental equipment across the United States. As the company continues to expand, they're hiring a Service Manager to lead their Waco, Texas operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for full-service operations, technician management, and customer support across the region. It would suit someone already operating in a Service Manager role, or a strong Lead Technician or Supervisor, ready to step up. Key Responsibilities: Full management of service operations across the Waco branch Lead, develop, and manage all field and shop technicians Drive productivity, efficiency, and utilisation across the team Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance Oversee scheduling, workflow, and work order completion Work closely with Parts and Sales teams to support customer requirements and identify revenue opportunities Manage customer relationships, including site visits and issue resolution Ensure timely billing, cost control, and margin performance Recruit, train, and retain service personnel Implement and improve processes as the operation continues to scale Handle after-hours escalations and support when required Maintain a strong presence with key customers across the territory Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 4+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior technician role Strong mechanical understanding of heavy equipment, ideally crushers, screens, shredders, grinders, or similar Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance Solid organisational and planning skills Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and costs Strong communication skills, both internally and customer-facing Comfortable using service systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools Location Requirement: Candidates must be based within a 1-hour commute of Waco, TX, or open to relocation.
