Stonebrook Exterior is looking for a Service Manager who will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our service department. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage service staff, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Essential Job Functions Supervise and lead the service team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer service issues and complaints. Monitor service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless service delivery. Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships related to service operations. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and customer feedback. Drive service-related business development by identifying, pursuing, and securing service opportunities with existing and new clients to support revenue growth targets. All other duties as assigned. Preferred Talents Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. OSHA certification or other relevant safety training preferred. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a service management or supervisory role.
