Job Description
Ntegrated is currently looking for a Service Operations Coordinator for their operations team. The Service Operations Coordinator role will be focused on centralizing and improving coordination for field service execution. This role will act as the operational bridge between Service Delivery Coordinators, third-party dispatch vendors, field technicians, customers, and carriers. The primary objective is to ensure service requests are executed smoothly, on time, and with clear accountability from request through completion. While the role includes some light technical troubleshooting, the core focus is dispatch coordination, construction/field awareness, and operational follow-through. Job Type : Full-time Salary : $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Reporting Relationships : The Service Operations Coordinator reports to the Director of Implementation and Support. Schedule 8-hour shift, 8:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday Primary Responsibilities Dispatch & Coordination Receive and process dispatch requests from internal Service Delivery Coordinators Coordinate with third-party vendors to schedule technicians and define SOW Align schedules between customers, vendors, and internal teams Serve as primary point of contact during active dispatches Confirm technician arrival, readiness, and job completion status Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of all dispatch activity Field Services / Construction Coordination Coordinate service work requiring physical site access (e.g., drilling, wall/ceiling penetrations, equipment installs) Communicate job site requirements and constraints clearly to vendors/technicians Ensure alignment between SOW expectations and real-world field conditions Carrier / Vendor Support Interface with Local Exchange Carriers (LECs) and service providers for: Circuit status updates Issue escalation and tracking Validation of service testing/results Light Technical Support Perform basic troubleshooting and validation tasks: IP verification Connectivity checks Modem/equipment reconfiguration Hardware & RMA Support Manage hardware issue tracking and RMA processes for Starlink deployments Coordinate troubleshooting, replacement requests, and status updates through resolution Skills Required Great attitude and want to work with a demonstrated past success in working part of a team. Must possess a sense of urgency, be self-motivated and have the experience/ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is critically important! Must have verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and customer service FIRST!
