Service Coordinator (Spanish Required - Weekends Required) The Shine GroupJackson, WY Full-Time Weekends RequiredCompensation:$28 - $35 per hour DOE Bonuses About The Shine Group The Shine Group is a locally established organization in Jackson Hole that manages several service-based businesses, including Premier Cleaning -- a company with over 20 years of delivering five-star residential, commercial, and hospitality cleaning services.As we continue to grow, we are expanding our operations team to ensure our service teams are supported and our clients continue receiving excellent service.Position Overview The Service Coordinator supports the Operations Manager and plays an important role in daily service operations.This position helps ensure teams are equipped, trained, and delivering consistent service across our accounts.This is a hands-on field and operations role with strong growth opportunities for individuals interested in developing leadership and management skills.Responsibilities Conduct service inspections to ensure quality standards are met Support the Operations Manager with team training and performance reviews Deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to service teams as needed Communicate with clients and respond to service requests or concerns Assist with coordinating schedules and supporting field teams Help maintain organized operational systems and documentation Qualifications Required Spanish fluency Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Weekend availability Preferred Experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities, or service operations Leadership or supervisory experience Applicants must live in Teton County or surrounding areas.Compensation & Benefits $28 - $35 per hour depending on experience Performance bonuses Health insurance Dental insurance Short- and long-term disability 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Advancement opportunities within The Shine Group Schedule This position requires weekend availability and schedule flexibility depending on operational needs.Typical schedules will include both weekend days.Pay:$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
