Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Plumber to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and residential construction sites. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and appliances on construction sites Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work within project timelines and specifications Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks or blockages and perform necessary repairs or replacements Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing fixtures or upgrading existing systems Lift heavy materials safely and operate construction equipment as needed while adhering to safety protocols Skills Extensive knowledge of construction plumbing practices and installation techniques Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and working with various hand tools and power tools Strong understanding of HVAC systems related to plumbing components Experience with construction site safety procedures and heavy lifting techniques Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations or repairs Carpentry skills useful for remodeling or framing tasks involving plumbing fixtures Familiarity with schematics for complex plumbing or HVAC systems Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment Handyman experience or assembly skills beneficial for versatile project support Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to excellence in construction plumbing!
