Employer Industry: Electrical Engineering and Power Solutions Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $133,280 annually Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely with flexibility in scheduling Comprehensive health, life, and disability benefits, including company-paid life insurance and short-term disability 401k savings plan with company contributions and employee stock acquisition plan Supportive work environment focused on safety and quality standards What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage on-site activities for large/complex project site work to ensure cost-effective execution of project deliverables Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety plan for each work package Oversee subcontractors on-site to achieve quality and progress according to delivery dates Coordinate between customers and external resources regarding construction targets and safety requirements Address customer complaints or concerns professionally to maintain strong relationships What Is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred; PMP certification and equivalent work experience may substitute 8+ years of experience in field service and/or project management Ability to travel domestically up to 80% of the time Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products Strong understanding of UPS, STS, and PDU equipment site commissioning preferred How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in managing large-scale electrical projects Proven track record of successful project delivery in a field service environment Familiarity with industry-specific safety protocols and standards Previous experience working with diverse teams and subcontractors Reside in or near specified locations such as Milwaukee, WI; Lafayette, IN; Alexandria, LA; or Fort Stockton, TX #ElectricalEngineering #ProjectManagement #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #SafetyStandards We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
