Job Title: Service Scheduling Coordinator Job Overview: Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to join our client to support and streamline preventative maintenance operations for field service teams. This onsite, contract to hire opportunity is based in West Chester, PA and focuses on keeping maintenance schedules accurate, responsive, and customer focused. The role plays a key part in coordinating service activity, supporting internal teams, and ensuring documentation quality. This position offers the potential to transition to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. Compensation: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility for an earlier start if needed Key Responsibilities of the Service Scheduling Coordinator: Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance scheduling while adjusting plans as urgent service needs arise Support multiple service coordinators by balancing workloads and maintaining clear communication across the team Conduct outbound communication with clients to confirm, update, or adjust maintenance appointments Review and validate technician reports following preventative maintenance visits to ensure accuracy and completeness Help establish and organize processes for a newly created preventative maintenance scheduling function Qualifications and Skills for the Service Scheduling Coordinator: Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or scheduling role within manufacturing or skilled trades environments Working knowledge of CRM systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting Clear commu
