This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with clients, and wants consistent work with a company that values integrity and teamwork. Responsibilities Perform commercial service and maintenance work including: Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting Electrical repairs (lighting, outlets, switches, minor panels) General maintenance and facility repairs Respond to service calls and emergencies as needed Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and safely Communicate clearly with dispatch, project managers, and clients Complete work orders, photos, and notes using mobile software Maintain tools, vehicle cleanliness, and professional appearance Follow safety procedures and company standards Qualifications 3+ years of commercial service or facilities maintenance experience Strong troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance) Ability to work independently in the field Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Reliable, punctual, and professional Experience with retail or restaurant facilities is a plus EPA certification or trade certifications are a plus (not required) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (for qualified technicians) Steady, year-round work Paid training and advancement opportunities Supportive, family-driven company culture Work with top national brands Modern tools and systems (ServiceChannel, FieldProMax, mobile dispatch) Why Masterline?
