Ford Certified Transmission Technician We are seeking an experienced Ford Certified Transmission Technician to join our team. Our high-volume shop is fast-paced, productive and a great work atmosphere! The Service Transmission Technician inspects, services, and repairs Ford transmissions according to factory and dealership standards, policies and specifications. As a Service Transmission Technician, the responsibility of guest satisfaction falls into the categories of completing the job correctly, fix it right the first time and efficiently. The Service Transmission Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $34.00 and Flag Rate Compensation of $60.00. plus a productivity bonus equivalent up to a maximum hourly rate of 70.00 per hour based on individual performance.
