About the Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Service & Warranty Technician to join our team based in Minot, ND . As a Service & Warranty Tech, you will be responsible for providing high quality and timely field support of Bourgault equipment requiring repair. Key Responsibilities Work independently or as a member of a service crew to complete upgrades and field repair of all Bourgault products. This often involves frequent travel in order to troubleshoot and complete repairs (welding, assembly, set-up, training) so the customer can resume normal operation. Competently troubleshoot/diagnose problems associated with all Bourgault products and effectively resolve problems and complaints. Provide dealer/customer support on all Bourgault products – on-site or by phone. Provide dealer/customer training by instructing at service schools and other training functions. Maintain regular maintenance schedules and service logs for service trucks and required equipment. Assist in numerous Wholegoods requirements including loading and unloading of equipment, re-assembly of equipment, pre-assembly/install of aftermarket kits. Assist in building and yard maintenance as needed. About You: To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in fabrication, with highly developed welding, fabrication and repair skill s. Your proven customer service skills and dedication to high quality work will be key to your success in this role! Additional qualifications include Solid understanding of current agricultural practices MIG welding experience; journeyperson ticket is an asset Ability to operate all front-end fabrication equipment Highly motivated, responsible, and self-directed Customer-focused attitude, with proven customer relations and communication skills Effective organizational skills Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in time sensitive situations Valid Driver’s License.
