We pride ourselves on delivering a top-tier experience for motorsports enthusiasts. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team on-site at our Vista, CA location. The Service Writer will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service by serving as the communication bridge between customers and the service department. Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, managing work orders, accurately describing vehicle issues to technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Writer will also utilize computer systems to maintain records and handle inquiries efficiently. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide an excellent client experience Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage service records and scheduling systems Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of organization Previous experience in automotive or motorsports service writing is a plus Familiarity with motorsports vehicles (e.g., motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft) is highly valued
