Computer and organizational skills are a must and at least some mechanical experience.Marine experience is helpful but not required.Duties Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their concerns and service needs Prepare detailed repair orders by accurately documenting issues, recommended services, and estimated costs Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and clarify repair requirements Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair procedures, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally Coordinate with parts departments to ensure timely availability of necessary parts for repairs Qualifications Mechanic background is a plus to better understand technical aspects of vehicle repairs Excellent customer service and communication skills Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering top-tier marine care.Your energy and expertise will help us keep boats running smoothly while building trust with every customer!
