Employer Industry: IT Engineering Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity Salary up to $75 per hour Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere Engage with cutting-edge technology solutions for high-profile clients Collaborative and innovative company culture What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects across various modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, admins, and architects to ensure project success Drive requirements gathering, design reviews, and implementation planning Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and track project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution What Is Required (Qualifications) Minimum of 7 years of IT Project Management experience At least 3 years managing ServiceNow platform projects Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in managing large-scale IT projects with multiple stakeholders Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and governance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a remote work environment #ITProjectManagement #ServiceNow #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #AgileMethodologies We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
