Services Solutions Director

A company is looking for a Services Solutions Director. Key Responsibilities Lead consultative discovery with stakeholders to define customer priorities and effective services approaches Design and scope services engagements to enhance adoption and support measurable business value Partner with internal teams on strategic opportunities to shape service strategy and phased roadmaps Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, professional services, or related customer-facing roles within SaaS or enterprise technology Proven success in scoping and structuring services engagements, including proposal development and SOW creation Strong business acumen to connect customer priorities with platform capabilities Experience working across complex stakeholder environments, including Sales and Customer Success Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus
