Primary Duties and Responsibilities : Manage real estate transaction files from contract receipt through post-closing preparation Prepare Closing Disclosures and/or Settlement Statements Review and balance closing files for accuracy and compliance Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and clients to ensure all documentation is complete and deadlines are met Review payoffs, HOA information, surveys, and other transaction-related documentation Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve issues proactively Ensure files meet regulatory and lender requirements Prepare closing packages nswer client and agent questions throughout the transaction while providing a high level of service Intelligently explain the chain of title discrepancies to all parties involved Resolve chain of title discrepancies prior to closing Maintain organized digital fil
