Position Overview The Sewing Production Operator will be responsible for cutting textiles, operating industrial sewing equipment, and supporting overall production processes to ensure quality standards and delivery deadlines are met. Key Responsibilities Cut textiles and operate sewing production equipment as directed by management Understand basic machine maintenance and identify when maintenance support is needed Cross-train on additional equipment including back-coating, stamping, and tagging machines Perform thorough quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Prepare and organize materials for production runs Monitor production processes to ensure smooth operations and identify issues proactively Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Meet agreed production deadlines and delivery schedules Utilize job cards and production plans accurately Learn and use required production software systems Work effectively with multiple types of materials Qualifications Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment Industrial sewing experience
