Seoul Bowl is looking for motivated leaders to join our growing team. We are hiring for Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager positions for our restaurant locations. We are looking for people who are responsible, reliable, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping operations organized, and helping a store run smoothly every day. About the Role As a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or General Manager, you will help lead daily restaurant operations, support team members, maintain food quality and cleanliness standards, and provide excellent customer service. Depending on experience, responsibilities may include opening and closing the store, supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer concerns, training employees, and helping improve overall store performance. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during daily operations Make sure food is prepared and served according to Seoul Bowl standards Provide friendly and professional customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Help train new employees and coach current team members Monitor food quality, portioning, prep, and presentation Assist with opening and closing duties Help manage inventory, ordering, and stock organization Handle customer concerns professionally Support scheduling, labor control, and daily sales goals Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures Communicate clearly with team members and upper management Qualifications Previous restaurant, food service, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to stand for long periods and lift/move restaurant supplies as needed Food Handler Permit required or willingness to obtain one For Assistant Manager / General Manager roles, previous management experience is strongly preferred What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who can lead by example. Position Levels Shift Lead Helps supervise daily shifts, supports team members, and ensures operations run smoothly. Assistant Manager Supports the General Manager with staff training, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and store performance. General Manager Oversees full store operations, team management, scheduling, inventory, sales performance, food safety, and overall store success.
