Shift Lead

Job Description We are looking for a Shift Lead (18+) who can stay calm under pressure, care about customer experience, and help keep the store running smoothly. This is a leadership role where you will: Lead the team during your shift Ensure customers are greeted and taken care of Keep the store clean, organized, and efficient Monitor product quality and portion standards Complete end-of-day cash drawer and closing procedures You will also be actively working the floor—serving customers, running the register (POS), and supporting the team during busy shifts. We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable and shows up ready to work Able to handle busy, fast-paced shifts Detail-oriented and takes initiative Comfortable leading others Evenings and weekend availability required. Leadership experience is a plus. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
