Zaxby’s is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily Food & Beverage Operations. You’ll lead a shift team to deliver fast, friendly service while upholding Zaxby’s standards of quality, safety, and Southern hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising crew members, managing cash and POS, monitoring food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. You’ll help train new team members, support scheduling and inventory tasks, and resolve guest concerns.
