Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficient service and customer satisfaction. Lead and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain high performance standards. Manage food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems , including cash handling and reconciliation. Control inventory levels by monitoring stock, assisting with ordering, and minimizing waste through effective inventory management. Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant, including food handling and sanitation practices. Support staff training initiatives, including onboarding new team members and ongoing development to enhance service quality. Qualifications Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision, preferably within quick service or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently. Background in food safety standards, food handling procedures, and hospitality management is highly desirable. Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
