As a key player on the management team, you'll oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and foster a positive team atmosphere.This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while working in a vibrant setting that values energy, teamwork, and excellence.Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service Oversee food preparation and food handling processes to maintain high quality standards and safety compliance Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and coordinate food production to meet demand Train new staff members on food service procedures, safety protocols, and customer engagement techniques Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support kitchen management by supervising food safety practices, cleanliness, and efficient food flow during busy hours Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and customer service Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food production processes Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster teamwork Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting; previous shift management or assistant manager experience is advantageous Join us as a Shift Leader to inspire your team, elevate guest experiences, and grow your career in the vibrant world of hospitality!
