They are responsible for guiding our team of superstars to provide delicious food, excellent guest service, and to create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. We will provide the training needed to be successful. You can bring the positive attitude and easy smile, pride in your work and also the success of the teams you will lead. You will also demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in a positive and respectful manner. Ability to communicate effectively with restraurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills are a plus. Must complete Food Handler's certification Must be a miniumum of 18 years of age. No management experiene necessary however prior experience is a plus Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant Skills Work well with others as a team Be able to interact with Guests comfortably Be able to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to take initiative. Ability to stand for long periods of time Work around heat Work around others possibly in close quarters Able to left 50 puunds comfortably Work with various cleaning products
