Shift Leader/Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts Train and mentor team members to deliver outstanding customer service Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving restaurant operations Assist with scheduling and managing labor costs Skills Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Proficient in using Toast or similar point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
