Overview The Fat Shack in Loveland is operated by the a former GM/ Corporate Franchise Support Manager of the Fat Shack corporate team. Fantastic opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service. Train, develop, and mentor staff to enhance their skills and improve team performance. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste. Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed to support kitchen staff during peak hours. Utilize Toast POS system for order processing and sales tracking. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff. Collaborate with upper management on budgeting, staffing needs, and operational improvements. Skills Proven experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is essential. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest relations effectively. Experience in supervising or managing teams within the food industry is required. Familiarity with inventory control processes and cost management strategies. Ability to train staff effectively in culinary techniques and hospitality best practices. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team management and development. Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and restaurant management practices is advantageous.
