Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service in our food service establishment. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the shift operations, including opening and closing procedures Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability Assist with food preparation and service when necessary Skills: Strong knowledge of the food industry, hospitality management, and food service operations Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team Experience in coffee shops, hotels, catering, or restaurants is preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive pay based on experience and performance.
