Shift Manager WHAT'S THE JOB? As a Skyline Manager you're the one that makes it all work. You'll supervise the team while bringing our menu to life and help make the experience great for our guests. WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll make all our menu items worth coming back for. You'll keep up with the pace. You'll keep it clean and organized. You'll keep it safe. You'll prevent problems. You'll keep guests coming back. WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT: You get to exercise your attention to detail and your ability to solve problems. You'll get to show off your mad cooking skills and knowledge of equipment. You'll get to use your good communication skills to manage the team while working in a fast pace environment. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO: You'll need to be able to stand and move for 8 hours. You'll need to be able to carry up to 50 pounds. You'll need to be able to communicate well with others. You'll need to be able to withstand the heat and the cold. Mostly Importantly you'll need to have fun working in a fast paced enviroment!
