Job description We are seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to join our team at Cecil Whittakers, Wentzville with weekend availability. The Shift Lead will oversee operations during their designated shifts, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service. Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts Manage food production and ensure quality standards are met Assist in training new employees Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in kitchen management and organization Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred but not required Required qualifications Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred qualifications: 18 years or older
