Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and develop warehouse team members Safely and effectively operate sit-sown forklifts Ensure safety, quality, and delivery standards Manage attendance, performance, and shift reports Support LEAN/5S and continuous improvement Communicate with customers and leadership Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of team lead or supervisory experience Minimum 3 years of sit-down forklift operating experience Forklift certification Valid driver’s license Experience with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to regularly lift 50–75 pounds Ability to work in varying temperature conditions Must be able to work OT when needed Why Join Bluegrass Supply Chain?
