Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for the timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse while maintaining accurate records of inventory.You will perform a variety of tasks to fulfill customer orders, receive incoming materials, and ensure smooth shipping/receiving operations.Key Responsibilities:Accurately pick, verify, and prepare products for shipment based on orders and pick slips.Perform general warehouse duties, including maintaining inventory and ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).Work from shipping orders and follow both written and verbal instructions to fulfill tasks efficiently.Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bill of lading forms, shipping labels, and packing slips.Operate weighing scales, strapping equipment, and other tools to ensure proper packaging and shipment of goods.Arrange for and coordinate outgoing shipments with appropriate carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and others.Use material handling equipment such as forklifts to move goods within the warehouse as required.Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures in all warehouse operations.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.5years of experience in shipping/receiving and using shipping software or packages.Experience with incoming and outgoing freight and proficiency in UPS & FedEx labeling systems or similar shipping systems.Knowledge of inventory systems (IQMS experience preferred).Ability to obtain forklift certification Experience with shipping vendors and logistics management is a plus.#WOR Pay:From $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
