This team supports advanced hardware and manufacturing operations in a fast paced, hands on environment. Responsibilities Accurately maintain inventory records, including data entry and regular cycle counts. Use computer skills to manage inventory systems and generate reports. Handle materials in the warehouse, ensuring they are correctly stored and easily accessible. Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure the availability of necessary materials. Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the warehouse organized and safe. Act as a liaison between the warehouse, manufacturing, and administrative teams, communicating any inventory issues or discrepancies. Continuously improve inventory handling and storage processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory roles. Experience supporting dock operations in a manufacturing, hardware, or technology environment preferred. NetSuite experience strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including experience with data entry and inventory management software. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving materials. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with various teams and levels within the organization.
