Job Title:Shipping & Packaging Associate (Sports Cards) About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll be part of the team that is responsible for preparing and shipping hundreds of orders weekly from our live card breaks from platforms like eBay and Whatnot.You'll also help sort cards by teams, sleeve and top-load hits, and ensure each package is accurately labeled and securely packed.If you love sports, have a great eye for detail, and enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work, this is for you.Key Responsibilities Sort sports cards by team after breaks, ensuring accuracy for each buyer's order.(Not the main task but some days will be focused on sorting) Package cards safely using team bags, top loaders, bubble mailers, and boxes Print shipping labels using platforms like Whatnot, eBay, or Shopify Prepare large daily batches of packages for USPS and other carriers Track supplies and restock shipping materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized shipping station Work with breakers and operations team to ensure timely and correct order fulfillment Double-check orders for quality control before shipping Occasionally assist in inventory intake and organization Requirements Prior experience in shipping, fulfillment, or operations is a plus Comfortable with fast-paced, repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail -- especially with names, teams, and card types Familiarity with sports (especially football and baseball) is a bonus Basic computer skills (label printing, spreadsheets, etc.) Schedule & Pay Hours:Saturday and Sunday 2/3 days during the week (based on availability).6-9 Hours Per Day Pay Range:$17 to $20 based on experience.Perks Work in a fun, sports-obsessed environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling collectibles company Behind-the-scenes access to the hobby Job Types:Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay:$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
