Benefits:Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Benefits/Perks Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Career Advancement Job Summary We are seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.We are a small outdoor equipment company with a growing online business that is looking for a shipping and receiving employee.In this role, you will be responsible for the shipping process, including receiving orders, labeling packages and packing containers.The ideal candidate must have meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to integrity.Responsibilities Receive and process orders Packaging and shipping product Organize and maintain the stockrooms Make arrangements for the arrival of incoming packages and ensure there is adequate space to store them Document products shipped and received Ability to learn and use proprietary computer software Resolve any issues or incorrect orders Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and internal procedures Qualifications Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk or in a similar position is preferred High school diploma/GED Basic math and computer skills Strong understanding of health and safety regulations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (50lbs) Ability to work a flexible schedule.
