Manage purchase orders to ensure timely processing and fulfilment, maintaining efficient inventory and stock levels. Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to schedule inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring efficient and timely logistics operations. Implement strategies to optimize internal and external logistics operations, reducing travel distances and enhancing operational efficiency. Ensure that all data related to logistics and inventory management is accurately recorded in the system, supporting data-driven decision-making and reporting.
