Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist, where you'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operations! As a key player in our logistics chain, you'll manage inbound and outbound freight, coordinate order fulfillment, and maintain seamless warehouse distribution. Responsibilities Maintain stock levels by stocking shelves and organizing inventory in designated warehouse areas Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities, and packaging standards are met Assist with receiving incoming shipments to ensure product received matches invoice Requirements Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, stocking, and order picking techniques Knowledge of warehouse distribution standards and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and shipment accuracy Must be at least 21 years old to apply This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics team!
