If so, this Shipping Associate position may be the perfect fit for you.YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, you will play an active role in daily shipping operations to ensure that customer orders leave the facility complete, accurate, and on time.Key Responsibilities Prepare orders for shipment according to work orders Package, label, and secure products for transport Load and unload merchandise Verify accuracy and quality of outgoing shipments Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO Has a high school diploma or equivalent Has experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred) Is comfortable performing physical work Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Works well in a team environment Can follow procedures and maintain accuracy Has a forklift certification (a plus) WHAT WE OFFER Full-time, permanent position Stable day shift schedule Comprehensive health insurance benefits Employee recognition programs and company events Ready to join a company that values stability and respect?
