Job Summary The Shipping Clerk is responsible for coordinating and processing outgoing and incoming shipments to ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely product movement.This role works closely with truck drivers, production, and customers to support smooth shipping operations, including domestic and export shipments.Major Duties and Responsibilities Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks and record accurate weight data.Communicate with truck drivers, security personnel, and production departments to facilitate product shipment.Enter trailer and container information into the AlmondFlow program.Verify that products and weights are correct once containers or trailers are fully loaded.Provide truck drivers with copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL) and weighmaster certificates.Ensure a high-security bolt seal is properly applied to each container or trailer prior to departure.Print, review, and approve production documentation for each order prior to shipment.Email required shipping documents to customers prior to shipment.Prepare document envelopes containing customer-required paperwork for domestic shipments.Create Phytosanitary Certificates and Pre-Export Checks (PECs) for export shipments and schedule inspections with the USDA.Required Skills and Knowledge High school diploma or GED required.Previous experience with accurate record-keeping and file maintenance.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Pay:$17.00 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
