Shipping Clerk SonoVision – Beaverton, OR Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Benefits: Free medical coverage within 30 days of hire, paid vacation after 90 days Company contribution of 4% to traditional 401k after 30 days About Us: SonoVision is a family-owned business located in Beaverton, OR that repairs and refurbishes ultrasound equipment. Position Overview: This role combines standard shipping duties with occasional support for our production and inventory teams. The right person will be reliable, organized, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Responsibilities: Print purchase orders and prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing orders Prepare and organize parts for backstock storage until they are ready for sale Package parts accurately and securely, ensuring all items—especially delicate components—arrive safely Provide support to other departments as needed during high-volume periods Serve as the first point of contact for delivery personnel and occasional visitors entering the office, providing a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk as needed. Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company policies and procedures What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions Comfortable working independently while staying aligned with team priorities Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and consistency A team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Qualifications: Intermediate computer skills, including Windows navigation and typing proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Ability to routinely lift items of varying sizes and weights, up to 40 lbs Ability to climb stairs and raise arms above shoulder height Previous shipping experience preferred E04JI800lru64096edx
