Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team.In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of shipments, managing inventory movement, and supporting overall warehouse operations.Your energetic approach will help streamline order fulfillment, maintain high standards of safety, and contribute to a seamless distribution process.We are a small family business with two other employees so there may be additional duties as well, making for a very friendly and casual environment.We are a supplier to the Historical Re-enactor and Living History people as well as the movie industry.Responsibilities Prepare and package products efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.Pick, pack, and organize orders for shipment according to customer specifications and prioritize timely dispatch.Placing Purchase orders with suppliers when low stock alerts.Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using basic math skills.Maintain a clean, organized workspace by stocking shelves, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper storage of goods.Assist with inventory, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for picking & packing orders accurately.Basic math proficiency for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during stock handling.Experience with e-commerce order processing and packaging procedures is a plus.Pay:$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
