Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities Utilize warehouse management systems (GWMS). Communicate with Drivers and help them check in. Pick, pack, and organize orders with precision, ensuring correct items are selected based on order specifications using order picking tools like RF scanners. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system (e.g., AS400 or MRP systems). Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment details, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with carriers for timely pickups. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and inventory control software such as AS400 or MRP systems. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or order processing is a plus. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to ensure accurate order picking & packing. Join us in delivering excellence through efficient shipping operations!
