Shipping Forklift Operator Pay $26/hr Benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k) Hiring now Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shipping Forklift Operator to join our team.This role is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload trucks and vans, move and stack fencing materials, and prepare products for outbound shipment.This is a labor-intensive position that also includes repackaging materials, assembling rail packs, and performing general yard and shipping support duties.The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional mandatory overtime may be required What You'll Do Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, vans, and trailers Pull and stage orders for shipment Move, stack, and organize fencing materials in the yard Inspect products for damage and ensure loads are secure Repackage and restack materials as needed Help keep the yard clean, organized, and safe Complete daily forklift inspections and follow all safety procedures What We're Looking For 1year of Industrial Forklift experience required (or ability to pass a forklift test) Valid driver's license required Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team player with attention to detail Basic computer/data entry skills are a plus Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors and in a warehouse/yard environment Ability to lift up to 80 lbs occasionally Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Why Apply?
