Ginspire Health is growing rapidly — and we are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, hard-working Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team. This is NOT just another warehouse job. Every package we ship contains wellness products that customers are actively relying on to improve their lives, energy, recovery, sleep, focus, and overall health. Accuracy matters. Speed matters. Attention to detail matters. We ship hundreds of orders every week and are looking for someone who takes pride in organization, efficiency, and getting things done the right way. Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Verify orders for accuracy before shipment Maintain clean, organized shipping and inventory areas Receive and organize incoming inventory Assist with inventory counts and product organization Coordinate shipping logistics and troubleshoot delivery issues Ensure all packages are prepared professionally and securely Work closely with management and customer support teams Help improve operational efficiency and fulfillment processes Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times What We’re Looking For: Highly detail-oriented and organized Hard-working with a strong work ethic Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and team-player mentality Ability to work efficiently under pressure Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting packages throughout the day Fast learner who can follow systems and processes Experience with shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, Shopify, ShipStation, or inventory systems is a PLUS — but not required Why People Love Working Here: Fast-growing wellness company with huge upside Positive and energetic work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Meaningful work helping customers nationwide Team-oriented culture Every day is different — no boring corporate environment We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing great work and wants to be part of building something special.
