Position Overview The shipping position is the final stop before an order ships from our facility but represents the first impression for the hearing professional or the end-user of the order.Essential Functions Ship to company standards and goals Pack out all level 1-3 orders per work instructions Ability to read and understand a Pick Ticket & Shipping Documents Manages the shipment of all products, materials and supplies Confirm accuracy of orders Ship product through multiple carriers (international, ground, express, USPS, etc.) as required Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy Accomplish other duties as required Competencies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to work with a sense of urgency.Ability to adapt to/work in a dynamic workplace environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to use hands for long periods of time preferred Desired Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Read, Write, and Speak English Basic computer experience preferred Previous shipping experience preferred Job Type:Full-time Pay:$18.50 - $20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Retirement plan Work Location:In person.
