Position Overview The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining and organizing the efficient flow of inventory and materials into and out of the Grantsville shop facilities. This role supports continuous production by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and distributed in a timely and systematic manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, demonstrate solid organizational skills, and develop a working knowledge of Pillar Innovations’ products and services. This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work extended hours, including overtime, to meet operational demands and support project timelines. What You'll Do Safely load and unload delivery trucks Transport and locate equipment and materials to required areas safely and efficiently Stage or kit materials for production teams to increase production Package and kit materials for shipment to customers Responsible for the quality control of received goods by ensuring bills of lading match actual material and purchase orders Check that delivered materials are in usable condition Accurately complete required paperwork to include entry and processing in electronic systems Create and maintain reports identifying short shipments and vendor performance Collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing to communicate any shipment issues Working Conditions Climb, balance, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and handle materials Stand for extended periods of time Repetitively lift, bend, and squat Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather for extended periods of time What You'll Bring: Experience with the processes and procedures related to purchasing, receiving, shipping and inventory control required Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify as a DOT Operator 10 required Certified or ability to be certified in the operation of forklifts, telehandlers, manlifts, yard trucks, overhead cranes, etc. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize competing work assignments Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams How We'll Support You: WE ARE NOW EMPLOYEE OWNED Employees are beneficial owners through an ESOP (Employee Stock Option Plan) that works through a qualified retirement plan.
