Job Overview The Shift Leader is responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, team performance, and compliance with company policies. This role acts as the manager on duty when management is not present. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly Assign positions and delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards Train, coach, and support team members on performance and procedures Maintain proper staffing levels and workflow throughout the shift Handle cash procedures, deposits, and register accountability Conduct shift opening and closing duties Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages Ensure accurate order preparation and service times Maintain a safe and positive work environment Communicate important updates to management Get Outlook for iOS Pay: $22.00 per hour Work Location: In person
