Seasonal Shipping Specialist Department:Shipping Reports To:Supervisor Job Type:Full-time; Seasonal with potential to hire on full-time Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Hours:40 per week Location:In person - Boyd, WI 54726 (must be able to reliably commute) Job Summary:The Seasonal Shipping Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment of customer orders during our peak production season.This role encompasses order picking, packing, shipping documentation, and receiving incoming materials.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and takes pride in getting every order right.Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment & Shipping:Pick, assemble, and verify customer orders for accuracy before shipment.Package and secure products for safe transit.Prepare shipping documentation and labels.Coordinate with production and graphics teams to ensure orders are complete and on schedule.Receiving & Inventory:Receive, unload, and document incoming shipments and raw materials.Organize and maintain warehouse stock in designated locations.Support inventory counts and flag discrepancies.Equipment & Workspace:Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Requirements:No prior shipping or warehouse experience required - we provide hands-on training.Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace in a fast-paced environment.Dependable and punctual with strong time management skills.Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.Work Environment & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay.Consistent full-time schedule (40 hours/week).Potential to hire on full-time for strong performers.Hands-on training from day one.Supportive, team-oriented work environment.Pay:$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
