Overview Job Overview - Shop Assistant The Shop Assistant supports daily shop and field operations by ensuring materials, tools, and supplies are picked up and delivered safely and on time.This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment while providing hands-on assistance to department leads as needed.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to take initiative across a variety of tasks to keep projects moving smoothly.Key responsibilities include driving company vehicles for material pickup and delivery, assisting with shop organization and cleanliness, and supporting department leads with general labor, staging, and logistical needs.This position plays a critical support role across departments and requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
