HIRING Shopify Design + Client Support Assistant (Part-Time) We’re a fast-growing Shopify design and e-commerce studio looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive assistant to support both client projects and day-to-day operations. This is an ideal role for someone who loves the intersection of design, e-commerce, organization, and customer experience - and wants to grow alongside a rapidly expanding business. What You’ll Help WithL Shopify Support Basic Shopify theme edits/customization Updating website content and imagery Assisting with QA/testing before launch Supporting with navigation, and backend organization Graphic Design Support Creating graphics in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva Resizing and formatting website/social/email assets Assisting with branded visuals and content organization Supporting email marketing design (Klaviyo experience is a plus) Client & Administrative Support Communicating with clients via email/project management tools Organizing assets and project files Following up on outstanding items Helping maintain timelines and project flow What We’re Looking For Shopify experience is required Graphic design experience Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent written communication skills Ability to problem solve independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow Bonus Points For Klaviyo experience Basic HTML/CSS knowledge Experience working inside creative agencies Copywriting or social media experience Adobe Suite experience Position Details Part-time contractor position Flexible hours Remote Opportunity for long-term growth and increased responsibilities as the business continues to expand Must be US based To Apply Please send the following to admin@makethemchat.com Preferred hourly rate Your resume Portfolio/examples of work Shopify stores you’ve worked on A short note introducing yourself and why this role interests you
