Job Overview:Short-Term Rental Cleaner A Short-Term Rental Cleaner plays a key role in creating a five-star guest experience.This position is responsible for turning over vacation rentals quickly, thoroughly, and consistently between guest stays.You'll ensure each property is spotless, well-stocked, and guest-ready, following established cleaning checklists and quality standards.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, efficient, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.What This Role Involves Preparing rental units between guest check-ins with a focus on speed and quality Performing full-scope cleaning:kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces Laundering and staging linens to hospitality standards Restocking supplies and reporting inventory needs Noting and reporting damages, maintenance issues, or missing items Ensuring the property feels welcoming, organized, and photo-ready for each new guest What Makes Someone Great at This Job Strong attention to detail and pride in creating a clean, inviting space Ability to follow checklists and maintain consistency Dependability--showing up on time and completing turnovers within tight windows Comfort working independently and communicating clearly with the host or property manager Flexibility to work around guest schedules, including weekends or holidays Pay:$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location:On the road.
